The issue has been caused by construction work blocking the line of sight. Engineers are on site now, moving the antenna to mitigate the issue.
Engineers have put in place a mitigation, however we are still observing higher than expected levels of packet loss. We have arranged an emergency maintenance window for tomorrow morning at 7am to resolve this issue.
This incident has been logged and our team is now working to diagnose and fix the problem.
