The power issue on site has now been resolved and we can see all affected services have been restored. We apologise for any inconvenience this issue has caused.
We can confirm that a power issue has caused the loss of connectivity to the equipment on our PoP site which is currently affecting a small number of business customers in the central Manchester area. We are currently working with our suppliers to restore power as quickly as possible and will provide a further update by 12:00pm.
This incident has been logged and our team is now working to diagnose and fix the problem.
