We're aware of a power issue at one of our POP sites affecting central Manchester customers, we're currently working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

  • The power issue on site has now been resolved and we can see all affected services have been restored. We apologise for any inconvenience this issue has caused.

  • We can confirm that a power issue has caused the loss of connectivity to the equipment on our PoP site which is currently affecting a small number of business customers in the central Manchester area. We are currently working with our suppliers to restore power as quickly as possible and will provide a further update by 12:00pm.
