We have verified our equipment is operational on both sides, resilient circuits are now using their secondary path. Unfortunately some unprotected circuits are currently affected by this maintenance. We will continue to monitor through the morning.
We will of course be following up with all parties involved to understand why we and our provider were not informed and so we were not able to pre-warn our customers.
This has been identified as planned 3rd party fibre maintenance of which both we and our circuit provider had not been informed. We have been advised that the maintenance is due to complete before 04:00
This incident has been logged and our team is now working to diagnose and fix the problem.
