VoIP Customers Experiencing Service Degradation

We are aware of an issue impacting our VOIP customers where we are seeing significantly degraded post-delay dial on calls. The delay is substantial and will therefore seem like calls are not completing in a timely manner. Our Engineers are currently investigating and working on a fix and our next update will be provided by 14:00 03/05/23, if not before.
