We are now happy that this issue has been solved. It appears as though there was an issue on the TalkTalk Business network which was resolved, we are currently waiting for an RFO.
Our engineering team is now testing the system to make sure the issue has been successfully resolved.
We can see that services have restored. We are awaiting a response from the third party. Updates to follow.
This incident has been logged and our team is now working to diagnose and fix the problem.
