VoIP Customers Experiencing Service Outage

Hi
We are aware of an issue being experienced on our CallSwitch VOIP platform. We have been in touch with our Supplier and they have advised that a wider platform issue is impacting the service we provide to our Customers.

The supplier has advised that they have isolated the cause of the service issues and are actively working towards a resolution and have indicated that they are in the process of mitigating any current impact.

Unfortunately, Telcom are also directly impacted by Incident and we are unable to receive some calls as a consequence. We'd like to apologise for the disruption being experienced.

We will provide another update in an hour or sooner should we have anything further to share.
