We are currently investigating an issue impacting connectivity for some customers, where degraded performance has been observed, including packet loss and reduced speeds.

We are actively working with our upstream partner to identify the root cause and restore normal service as quickly as possible. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

  • We have bene monitoring our services and it appears that services are now stable. We are now going to resolve this Incident, however we ask our customers to report any further issues to our support team via email or phone.

    Our upstream partner is actively engaged and is currently carrying out further checks within their network to identify the cause of the degraded performance.

    We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide another update once we have confirmation of improvement or further progress
